At St Cuthbert’s, each class has daily dedicated time were a book is read to them by an adult to promote reading for pleasure. The books have been carefully selected to reflect our curriculum, the diversity within our school, community and wider world and books that will leave a lastly impression on the children encouraging them to become lifelong readers.
