Online Search

Identification

Please bring your original birth certificate for verification of identity, name-change identity documents (e.g marriage license) and / or photographic evidence of identity (e.g passport).

Right to work in the UK

Under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, we are required to verify your right to work in the UK.  Please bring to your interview an original document or combination of documents which support your right to work in the UK.  If you are a UK national you should bring your passport.

Evidence of qualifications

You are also asked to bring with you your original qualification certificates that are relevant and essential for the job (please refer to the person specification).  All the documents that you bring will be checked at interview and immediately returned to you; photocopies of documents will not be accepted

Information relating to Criminal Convictions

As stated in our application form, now that you have been shortlisted for interview you are asked to disclose information on any Criminal Convictions you may have.  A self-disclosure form will be enclosed within your invitation email which you should complete and return prior to the date of your interview.

Failure to declare a relevant conviction may result in any conditional offer of employment being withdrawn.

Disclosure and Barring Service

Appointments are subject to a DBS check. If you hold a DBS certificate and you are subscribing to the Update Service you will be asked to provide details; if you are not subscribing to the Update Service you will be asked to apply for a new DBS check, should we make you an offer of employment.

Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009

Appointments must adhere to Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009,  we are therefore obliged to check that you are not disqualified from this work. A disqualification form will be enclosed within your invitation email which you should complete and return prior to the date of your interview.

References

Prior to interview we will contact the referees you have included in Section 9 of the application form and we will verify authenticity with them.
