Parents of siblings to arrive at school at the latest drop off time (cohort specific) and collect children from their classrooms accordingly.
Access to Office Staff / Teaching Staff
In order for us to control the movement around our site and adhere to our risk assessment, we will not be able to facilitate unplanned meetings/discussions. We will still do all we can to help and support you but most of this will be done via the telephone or an arranged meeting at a mutually convenient time.
Staff on Gate Duty/Paying Money
The priority of staff on gates will be to welcome children and move everyone along quickly and safely. They will not be able to enter into discussions or receive money. Please contact the school office on 0151 228 4137 to arrange payments online. If you do not have access to online payments please send all money to school in a sealed envelope via your child. Classroom staff will collect money from the children during the registration process.
School Uniform/Book Bags/PE Bags/PE Uniform
Office staff will no longer take orders for any items of school uniform. Items are available from:
- Old Swan Uniform Broadgreen Road
- Laser Uniforms London Road
PE Arrangements
Year 1 to Year 6 will have PE each Wednesday & Friday. Children should come to school wearing their PE kit. They are able to wear pumps/training shoes on this day. It will be necessary to come to school wearing their kit including appropriate footwear.
Class Dojo
We will be updating dojo around the end of August to reflect new classes. Please keep referring to Dojo for updates regarding school opening etc.
Communication with school throughout the summer
Please note our staff have been directed to have a full break during the summer and may not be checking dojo on a regular basis. For the majority of the summer, the schools will be shut with deep cleans occurring. However, you can still contact us via email, as they will still be checked regularly.
Mr Hardiman M.B.E.- Retirement
The whole school community are extremely disappointed that we cannot mark Mr Hardiman’s retirement in the manner he so richly deserves. Please note, as soon as we can arrange an event to honour his work and dedication we will ensure this is widely advertised. Mr Hardiman would like to thank parents for your kind words, gifts and wishes, it really is appreciated.
We are all so excited at the prospect of having all of our children back with us in September. Please take care of yourselves and your families over the summer.
