We are delighted and extremely excited to be moving into our new school ready to start the spring term. We have 3 exceptional closure days (6th – 8th January 2020) and upon our return (9th January 2020) will be settling into the new building and the external space that we have available to us.
Scheduled access from Barrymore Road will be available during the following times:
8:00am – 8:10am | Breakfast Club (no access to breakfast club after 8:10am) |
8:30am – 8:55am | Start of day drop off |
8:40am – 9:15am | Parents access to school office |
11:30am | Collection of 2YO and F1 children |
12:30pm | Arrival of 2YO and F1 children |
3:00pm – 3:30pm | End of day collections from classroom doors 3:05pm F2, Y1, Y2 3:15pm Y3-Y6 3:30pm 2YO, F1 |
3:00pm – 3:45pm | Parents access to school office |
4:00pm | Collection from extra curricular activities |
Please be mindful that the only way to access or leave the school site is by Barrymore Road (until September 2020).
The Barrymore Road gate has no intercom and has to be opened manually which we envisage will be highly problematic. If you require access to the site outside of the daily routine (for appointments etc) then please contact school via phone â 0151 228 4137.
We urge you to ensure your children arrive on time as we are unable to guarantee that staff will be immediately available to allow you access to the school site after 9.15am.
We request that you are respectful of the inconvenience that we are expecting our residents of Barrymore Road to experience. Please park safely away from school and walk your children to school as part of your daily routine.
We thank you in advance for your support and co-operation in facilitating a smooth transition into our beautiful new school and look forward to welcoming you in to see what a specular learning environment has been designed for our children.
